Blog settings: Change the archive options, formatting, and colors.

Well, I have a blog. I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to do with one, but I can give it a go.

With the holiday season upon us, I am making jewelry like crazy. There is nothing I like more than sitting in my studio and just creating. However, I do need to keep up with paperwork, packaging, photography, and organizing my supplies.

Something new that I have been launcing is a jewelry make and take party. I either have people come to my studio, or else I take my supplies to a host's home. Guests select the components for their hanging pendant from my beads and findings. Then we work together to create a custom designed necklace. This is a great way for customers to be creative, and it's a good way for me to think outside of my box!

Also, I have been encouraging customers to find those lost, broken, and unused treasures in the bottom of their jewelry boxes and let me help them make something old new again for them. Think: charms. coins, baby rings, lost earrings, and beads...
